I’ve always been drawn to the details behind a well-run business: the data, the workflows, and the systems that help everything work together.
After more than 10 years supporting leaders in the corporate world, I moved into small business operations, where I’ve spent nearly 8 years supporting founders across all areas of their businesses as a Virtual Administrative Consultant and an Online Business Manager (OBM), taking on everything from admin support and bookkeeping to project management and operations.
Along the way, I discovered where I do my best work: digging into the details, figuring out how things work, and getting into the technical side of making them better. I enjoy understanding the bigger picture, but I’d rather build the system than lead the strategy behind it.
Today, I bring that experience to my work as a Systems Implementation Partner. I partner with OBMs, consultants, and service providers to build the tools, workflows, and automations behind their businesses. Whether it’s setting up ClickUp, connecting platforms, or troubleshooting an automation, I enjoy turning a plan into something practical that works.
